WE BEGIN THIS update with the good news that the Jökla is coming to life now that the fish have finally arrived. It has been slow in the east and we have had to look on enviously while the rivers on the west coast have been hauling them out, but this is usually the case with the rivers here being a couple of weeks later with their season.
